Program Guidelines
All participants must sign each of the various agreements and acknowledgements that we provide as conditions for acceptance, and must submit both a deposit and, ultimately, full payment of all fees and costs charged for participation. All program guidelines must be adhered to. Full details and all needed documents for enrollment shall be provided upon request.
Password Protected Areas
This Site’s password protected areas are for the benefit of enrolled participants. It is your responsibility to maintain reasonable security over your password. All information in our password protected areas is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and China Prep assumes no responsibility for such content.
Intellectual Property Provisions
All content provided within or via this Site is protected by various US and international copyright laws, patent laws, trademark regulations and laws, and various intellectual property laws and international treaties and agreements. No intellectual property of any nature contained within or via this Site may be copied, published, or broadcast in any way without the written permission of the content owner. The content of this Site may not be “framed” or “mirrored”. All trademarks presented on or via this Site are owned by their respective owners and may not be used by you in any way.
Intellectual Property Notices

You agree China Prep shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or termination of the Site.

China Prep assumes no responsibility for actively monitoring this Site for inappropriate content or files. China Prep has no obligation to review and edit any content you may encounter via the Site for safety, quality, accuracy, or decency.

Submissions
By submitting ideas, suggestions, comments, documents, and/or proposals to China Prep, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) your submissions do not contain confidential or proprietary information; (b) China Prep is not under any obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the submissions; (c) China Prep shall be entitled to use or disclose (or choose not to use or disclose) such submissions for any purpose, in any way, in any media worldwide; (d) China Prep may have something similar to the submission already under consideration or in development; (e) your submissions automatically become the property of China Prep without any obligation of China Prep to you; and (f) you are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from China Prep under any circumstances.
China Prep requires certain personal identifying information (such as name, address and health information) as part of its registration process. Such personal identifying information shall not be considered a “submission” and shall be maintained in accordance with China Prep’s Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for the content of all submissions, including any violation of any law(s) contained within such submissions, copyright, privacy, fraud, and other laws and regulations. You agree to hold us harmless and defend us and indemnify us from any civil actions filed or threatened to be filed by any third party or entity who determines that your submissions support a legal cause of action.
